NEET UG — Common Questions

How many questions are in NEET UG?

NEET UG has 200 questions — 50 each from Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Each subject has Section A (35 questions, all compulsory) and Section B (15 questions, attempt any 10).

What is the NEET UG marking scheme?

+4 for correct answers, -1 for wrong answers. Maximum score is 720. The total marks are calculated as: Correct answers × 4 minus Wrong answers × 1.

How many colleges accept NEET scores?

Over 700 medical colleges across India accept NEET scores, including all government and private MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH colleges. AIIMS and JIPMER also use NEET scores.
